1. GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
1.1 When you as a consumer (“You, you”) place an order via www.urbanjoi.com (the “Site”) , these general terms and conditions apply. An agreement on purchase is only reached when we have confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. We encourage you to read our terms of purchase to avoid any errors regarding your order. Our terms may be updated and we ask you to look at them each time before you place an order on the site.

These terms of purchase apply to the products offered on the Site. By using the Site, you accept the terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the terms of purchase, you can not shop from the site.

1.2 We reserve the right to any final sales, printing errors and errors in image material published on the Site.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 The prices stated on the Site are those that are current. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT, VAT. Prices for shipping fees are stated separately and vary depending on which shipping option you choose.
The payment methods that are valid on the Site are: Credit and debit cards, Klarna, Paypal and Swish.
All credit and card purchases are made via Shopify Payments. Swish trading is offered via Mondido and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.When you submit your personal information at checkout, you accept the terms of the payment option you have chosen for your order. When you complete your order, you accept the Site's general terms and conditions.
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
5.1 We always try to offer the best possible shipping options. Once you have arrived at the checkout, you have the opportunity to choose different shipping options that Postnord offers. When your order is pre-packaged and has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via e-mail and in this confirmation you will find your tracking ID for your package. You use your tracking ID from Postnord to be able to track your package. We always try to send orders within 1-2 working days, but sometimes it can take longer and you will then be informed about this via e-mail.
5.2 When an order has left our warehouse, we also hand over the responsibility for the package to the shipping company and we expect your order to be delivered within the set time for the shipping method you have chosen when you placed your order. Unfortunately, we can not provide any guarantees as the responsibility does not lie with us, which means that the total delivery time may be slightly longer than promised.
5.3 Should the accident occur and the contents of your order should be damaged or lost during transport, we are responsible for this. In order for us to be able to process your complaint, it should be made within a reasonable time. When you receive your package from your delivery agent, it is important to check that your package or its contents are not damaged. If you see a damage, this must be reported to the extradition agent and then you contact us via email@example.com and we will help you with a complaint. To expedite the complaint, take a picture of the damaged package / contents and keep all packaging.
5.4 In many cases, your package can be delivered to your home, but in cases where your package is to be redeemed, you should do so within the time specified in the notification. The notification is usually made via e-mail or text message. If for any reason you do not pick up your package, we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 250 for administrative costs and return shipping. If you do not collect your package, you will not be covered by the right of withdrawal.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN
6.1 We apply consumer protection legislation that applies to the right of withdrawal and exchange as well as returns. You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal and open purchase when you shop from the Site. You therefore need to notify us within 30 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item.
The right of exchange is 45 days, which means that you have the right to exchange your goods on the site for the corresponding order value. Let us know about the exchange right within 45 days of receiving your package / product. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
6.2 Right of withdrawal and exchange does not apply to:
for products that have been manufactured according to your instructions;
for products with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons;
When you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, before the deadline has expired, notify us via email@example.com and we will help you.
When you want to exercise the right of exchange, you must, before the deadline expires, notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you .
When you cancel your purchase and return your package, you pay the return shipping. When you make a change, we are responsible for the shipping.
For packages up to 2 kg, we charge you SEK 49 for return shipping.
For packages between 2-4 kg we charge you SEK 99 for return shipping
For packages from 4 kg and upwards, we charge you SEK 198 for return shipping.
6.3 You as a customer are responsible for the condition of the package and the content when you have received it. You are also responsible for return shipping. In order for us to be able to make a refund or approve an exchange, the item / items must be unused and returned in unused, unopened condition.
6.4 When a customer regrets their purchase, we refund the amount the customer has paid for the item (s). We also refund the shipping, however excluding return shipping, and any other costs associated with the purchase. The process for the right of withdrawal takes approximately 15 working days and the refund is made in the same way as the payment to the site through the payment alternative the customer chose when purchasing. If you have chosen Klarna Faktura, it is important that you as a customer move to the due date.
9. MAJOR FORCE
In some cases where we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, these circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which means that we will not be liable for damages and / or other sanctions.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND ANY DISPUTES
